YKD2608MH is high performance digital step driver based on YAKO’s new 32-bit DSP technology. It’s designed for variousmodels of two phase 57~86mm (NEMA 23~34) hybrid stepper motors. With servo-similar control circuit and superior software algorithm, YKD2608MH has superior performance in smoothness, noiseand vibration. Smooth and accurate current control technology greatly reduces motor heat.

Some of the other standard features of these drives include high chopping frequency for low ripple current in the motor, high torque delivery even at greater speeds and overcurrent trip protection with the provision of fuse blown indication.

Smart Microstepping Driver is the compact driver suitable for Stepper motors.

It provides 4 step modes. It can be used in standard Clk and Dir mode, as well as Smart Standalone mode. In standalone mode, the microcontroller can be programmed to suit the desired machine cycle, with 3 digital inputs. It also has the high-speed Rs485 port. With MODBUS RTU protocol, several (up to 16 drivers can be connected and controlled via PLC/HMI.

The M542 is a high performance microstepping driver based on pure-sinusoidal current control technology. Owing to the above technology and the self-adjustment technology (self-adjust current control parameters) according to different motors, the driven motors can run with smaller noise, lower heating, smoother movement and have better performances at higher speed than most of the drivers in the markets. It is suitable for driving 2 phase and 4-phase hybrid stepping motors.
